Spirit Sands Medical Clinic open for business
The new Spirit Sands Medical Clinic officially opened at 8 a.m. on June 8, 2026.
RM of Glenboro – South Cypress Councillor Dale Fisher was all smiles when sharing the news on Friday, June 5, that the move had started and would continue through the weekend to ensure everything was in place and ready for doors to open and patients to stream in on Monday morning.
“This has been a seven-day-a-week job for quite a while. It seemed like every day there was a new challenge. We dealt with things as they arose and kept moving forward. In a few more days, the doors to our new Spirit Sands Medical Clinic will be open!
“99% of the furniture is new, and everything, including the new computer system, is state-of-the-art. It took a lot of man-hours to bring it all together, but look at what we have accomplished!”
A walk through of the completed Clinic was like a dream.
It is hard to believe that so much could be accomplished in such a short time.
When the groundbreaking ceremony took place on April 29, 2025, there were hopes that the Clinic would be open within the year, an idea that many thought was unachievable.
But here we are today, slightly over a year later, and the new Clinic is open and operating seamlessly.
